On the first test we build a regression suite for your product; every release after that repeats it exactly. So instead of guessing what changed between two versions, you measure it. The suite is reviewed each quarter and dead scenarios are retired.

- We automate the most critical fifth of the suite with Playwright; the rest stays manual.
- Before each release the suite repeats exactly and is compared with the previous version.

Who owns the automated tests?
You do. They are written in your repository and stay there when the contract ends; you are not locked in.
How long does the suite take to build?
Usually within 24 hours, during the first test. Later releases need maintenance, not a rebuild.
Does the whole suite run every release?
On major releases, yes. On small patches we run the affected areas plus the smoke test, and the report says which was chosen.
